An actress, a director and her cameraman meet in a former luxury resort at the Adriatic. The actress is casted for a movie the director and cameraman are on location tour for.
From conversations we hear fragments of this film: a woman by the sea - but maybe it is also different. Helplessness prevails not only in this respect. Despite the discrepancies they keep searching: For the perfect setting, for the right performance - and the actress for an answer to the question what she is looking for here.

Clarissa Thieme
Filmemacherin und Medienkünstlerin. Nach dem Studium der Kulturwissenschaft besuchte
sie das Kunst & Medien Programm der Universität der Künste, Berlin bei Thomas Arslan und
Heinz Emigholz. Seit 2007 ist sie Teil des Künstlerkollektivs WERKSTATT.
Clarissa Thieme is a filmmaker and media artist. After studying Cultural Studies Thieme
joined the Art & Media program at the University of the Arts, Berlin being a student of
Thomas Arslan & Heinz Emigholz. In 2011 she finished these studies being honored as
"Meisterschülerin". Since 2007 she is part of the artist collective WERKSTATT.
